In this converted warehouse loft, Item introduced a playful contrast of materials to elevate the space while complementing its brutal nature to tell the homeowners' story of a robust traveler and entertainer.

The simplistic material palette of brushed stainless steel, expressive rich stone, and warm moody wood veneer speak in contrast to each other within the open white loft space to create a perfect harmony.

The project scope was restricted to the kitchen, washrooms, and a custom furnishing. We refrained from the expectation of industrial craft with a bold but minimal modernity the residence yearned for.
